The power of music

The power of music, as I do believe,

May stimulate our five senses,

Perhaps do make us feel,

The so called ’sixth sense’.

The power of music, to describe a few,

May mould the rhythmist engraved,

Deep inside the minds of ours,

And to perhaps enjoy the feel,

The gift that nature renders.

The power of music soothing the minds of ours

With honey to the ears, nectar to the brain,

Light to the soul and energy to the body,

Which brings me out of the darkest hours

Of life of mine to the most enduring brightest hours.

The power of music, to a different perception,

Transforms  me to a different person,

With different thoughts, mind sets and attitudes,

Inconsistent with that of mine.

The power of music, neither can we express in words

Nor in a scale it can be measured,

The power synonymous to that of the deep ocean,

And who am I in this gigantic ocean?

Just a grain of sand; that’s all!
