From the beginning of social life, time has changed the minds of people and their environments to a very great extent.However, violence against women has not seen much change.Time has witnessed all sufferings like exploitation, harassment and discrimination that are borne by the helpless women.The irony of this is these indignities happen in the society where female goddesses are worshiped. A change in the mindset of this patriarchal society is mandatory but where should we begin from?
Since childhood, all are familiar with a common statement regarding boys - "Boys do not cry". So boys grow up with a stiff upper lip. But I think, we should add more to this statement-"Boys do not make girls cry".Yes! let's begin from boys.Its actually simple-we all know that a sister is a pride,a daughter a blessing and a mother is love.So dear 'boys' learn to treat 'a girl' like the way you want your father to treat your mother,your future brother-in-law to treat your sister and your future son-in-law to treat your daughter.
And 'Girls' always seek respect,not attention......
