                        The multinational corporations which works like machines rather than humans have grown beyond a certain size.They create so many problems especially to developing countries.They took control over the labour and natural resources of the industrialized nations through creating environmental disasters and political chaos.The laws applicable to control them outstripped the development of a legal framework.

                                        Even though they provide employment opportunities to the people,the objective is something very drastic and suspicious.
                  
          This cruel behaviour of these giants are even shown in films like kaththi, in tamil,emmanuel in malayalam and so on.MNCs can be in the form of small, medium or large institutions.Continuing groth is inbuilt into their activitiesand maximizing of profit is their ultimate goal.
         
                 The people need these corporates for the sake of getting jobs so even if they came to heard about the evilness behind them,they simply hear it through one ear and drop it through other.
  
           As Henderson quotes''They tell us about the sparkling dishes and clothes but the forget to tell the loss of these sparkling rivers and lakes''.
