MUSIC IS BEYOND EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE

                                            To start with ,let me first of all say that I'm not writing this as a great singer but as a little boy standing ,fluttering near the great ocean of music.tracing back 12 years ago, when I was at the age of 7, I just started learning music as "classical".During that young age I was not even aware of the main notes and my "guru" keep on changing "shruthi" or "scale" or "pitch" to arrive at my own "shruthi".

                   But when I was at the age of 12, I went to realty show "star singer junior" sponsored by "nestle munch" aired on "Asianet" channel.It was at trivandrum. There I came to know more about participants who all are great talented singers ,most of them have participated in  other realty shows and the one of those who are participating in such shows for the first time!!

I also came to know more about the stress and strain each participant take for each episode.

there were grooming sections there which enable all of the participants to improve singing and things like "voice modulation" and how to sing without "strain" and how to sing film songs different from the "classical" style.

         At the first episode of my song, I was a little bit tensed as I was over strained and I could not sing properly. Then I was little depressed, but my parents and other participants gave me courage to perform better in the next round.In the next stage, the judges pointed out mistakes and gave suggestions to improve it.In the coming stages I could perform reasonably better.

The judges were playback singer Sujatha mam,G Venugopal sir and the great magician shri Gopinath Muthukad. In the grand finale stage I got appreciation from the great actor of Malayalam film Industry shri Jagathy sreekumar. It was the most memorable and one of the greatest appreciation that I got.Another memorable appreciation that I got in my life is that of playback singer P.Unnikrishnan sir.That was in the "classical music " round in which I got the highest marks.I could not believe all those happened at that time ,even now!!

I would also like to say that music paved way for  me to participate in programes abroad like Singapore and Dubai .Never in my life I thought of travelling in a flight that too free of cost.

Those were the days......

    At present , I'm studying B COM and not yet decided about my future career.Anyways , I would like to take music as my profession and truly,music is beyond everything in my life and I would like to sing till my last breathe and through out my entire life.

At last I would like to conclude by saying that whatever the fate may be,all that I achieve till now is only because of gods' blessings and prayers and support of my parents,teachers and friends.

That's all about my music life.
